10 Days of Prayer (21-31 May)

Every year, the Church of England joins other churches throughout the world for 10 Days of Prayer between Ascension Day and Pentecost.

We’d like to invite you to join us in Daily Prayer each day between Thursday 21 May and Sunday 31 May. We’ll be live-streaming on Facebook, and will send you the words for the service if you are already on the mailing list, or if you send us your name and address.

Of course, there is no need to join in online. You can simply say daily prayer at home each day, when it suits you, or by joining in the shared prayer times at 8.30 am and 5 pm.

Waltham Group 10 Days of Prayer

  • Evening Prayer Livestream 5 pm (the service begins with 10 min of silence between 4.55 – 5.05 pm) on Facebook.
  • Print resources sent to your address. (email us)
  • You can order a Daily Prayer book you can use all year from Church House Bookshop. This is the version of Daily Prayer we’ll be using for the live-stream, following Morning and Evening Prayer for Ascensiontide.

The Church of England has lots of great resources for the 10 Days.
